911 Targa
The 80's.
Vice style ruled this time in the automotive era. If you weren't driving a euro that was a Ferrari, you were driving a Porsche. But with the beach so close in either Miami or LA (because that's where you would own one of these anyways) why be limited to either a confining hard top, or a piece of fabric passing as a 'soft-top'. Thus enter the 'Targa' style 911✨

A little history for you ⏳
The Targa top was invented when there were looming fears that the US Department of Transportation was going to ban convertibles due to safety.
Other companies caught on as well such as Chevy (Corvette), Nissan (Fairlady Z), and even Ferrari with their own version of 'T-top' style cars.

There is a lot of satisfaction that comes from driving an older aircooled manual car that you just don't get with newer cars.
No it's not perfect. It's tough to drive, smells like fuel, and loud in a noisy way. But even when you miss a shift now and then there's an even greater reward when you get it right.
You feel in sync and your spending time with something in a way one one else will. It's a uniqueness & character I love in 'older' cars
